Avli welcomes you in the generous, easy-going spirit of Athens.

Created by Natasha Sideris, the inspiration for our name and our ethos is drawn from the elegant outdoor courtyards called ‘avli’ that are so much part of the sociable Greek way of life. Abundance, warm hospitality and attention to detail are the principles we carry through from front door to kitchen, from service to plate.

Elegant interior design is harmoniously realised from entrance and bar to spacious, split-level dining.

The gracious curve of a barrel-vaulted ceiling, arched windows and doorways frame views into the dining area as well as the activity in our open kitchen. From your table you can admire Burj Khalifa’s iconic spire. A refined palette of warm whites and subtle creams, marble floors inlaid with gold mosaic, textures of stucco, terrazzo, olive wood and sandstone set the tone for an impeccable Greek experience.

Guests can expect to journey through a menu of authentic meze, salads, vegan delicacies, seafood and slow-cooked meats.

Each dish at Avli by tashas is created with heart and authenticity, with a plethora of ingredients sourced directly from Greece resulting in unique flavours that illustrate the Avli experience captured in every single dish.
