Our Signature Cocktail Menu is inspired by the herbs and botanicals unique to the island hills overlooking the Aegean.
The hand-illustrated cocktail menu pays homage to one of Greece’s most iconic modern artists, Alekos Fassianos (1935-2022). An Athenian by birth, Fassianos’s charming paintings are beloved for their unmistakable Hellenic motifs and their vibrant colour palette. In the post-war years, his work came to be regarded as a symbol of Greek identity and national spirit.

We offer an extensive list of favourite cocktail classics and an exclusive Signature Menu, designed by Krystian Hordejuk, our Beverage Director. The signature cocktails draw inspiration from the azure Aegean and the aromatic botanicals that grow in the Cycladic Island hills. A curated selection of inspired drinks featuring mastiha - a seductive and aromatic spice unique to Greece, and Metaxa brandy, amber-hued and heady with aged wine distillates and Mediterranean herbs.
